Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship From
All orders are hand-finished and shipped from Yueqing, China.
2. Processing Time
Each piece is made to order and hand-finished. Processing time is 3-5 business days before shipment. Custom orders may take 7-14 business days depending on complexity.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard international shipping (YunExpress / 4PX / similar): 7-15 business days to most destinations.
- Express options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
4. Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free shipping may apply to orders over a stated threshold (shown at checkout).
5. Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order and emailed once your order ships.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU)
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. We declare the true order value on customs forms.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries. If your region is not available at checkout, contact us at support@zencarve.com.
8. Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, customs inspection, holidays, or carrier delays may extend transit times. We are not liable for carrier-caused delays.
9. Lost or Stuck Packages
If tracking stops updating for 30+ days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
