By accessing zencarve.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
All products are hand-carved from natural boxwood by ZenCarve artisans. Because materials are natural and work is done by hand, each piece may vary slightly in grain, color, weight, and dimension. These variations are characteristics of authentic handmade craft and are not defects.
2. Custom Orders
Custom, personalized, or engraved items are produced to your specifications. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise shown. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely via PayPal or our credit-card processor at checkout.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All site content, product designs, images, and text are the property of ZenCarve. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our designs and images without written permission.
6. Age
You must be at least 18 years old or have parent/guardian consent to place an order.
7. Product Care
Boxwood is a natural material. To preserve your piece, keep it dry, avoid prolonged direct sunlight and high humidity, and dust gently with a soft cloth. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care after delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZenCarve is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller's place of business in China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
